Career support services including internships, placements, and live projects (where applicable)

3. Software Purchase Terms

All software is provided on an "as-is" basis.
License rights and scope (e.g., single-user, multi-user, cloud-based) will be defined per product.
You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify our software unless explicitly allowed.
Software support, upgrades, and customizations are subject to individual agreements or add-on services.

4. Training & Course Enrollment

Enrollments are non-transferable and valid only for the registered candidate.
Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned under specific refund policies.
Sukrit EnVision Academy reserves the right to reschedule, update, or cancel a course based on faculty availability or unforeseen circumstances.
Certification is subject to meeting attendance, performance, and assessment criteria.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, training materials, code samples, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Sukrit EnVision Academy. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any material without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

All payments must be made in full before access to software or training begins, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept standard online payment methods. Third-party payment processors are subject to their own terms.
Any applicable taxes or transaction fees are to be borne by the customer.
