Refund Policy

1. Software Products

All software products sold by Sukrit EnVision Academy are considered digital goods and are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

You are unable to access the software due to a verified technical issue on our end.
You report the issue within 3 business days of purchase.
You have not used or activated any license key associated with the software.Once a license key has been issued and used, we cannot process a refund under any circumstances.

2. Training Programs

Refund eligibility for training services depends on the timing and reason for the cancellation.

Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.
50% refund if cancellation is requested 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled start date.
No refund if cancellation is requested within 2 days of course commencement.

No refund will be issued once the training program has commenced, regardless of attendance.
In exceptional cases (medical emergency or relocation), a partial refund or course rescheduling may be considered at our discretion. Proof of circumstances will be required.

3. Refund Process
